HOW IT WORKS
STEP 1: BECOME A CLIENT
To plan ahead for future services, fill out our New Client Form online. When you complete the new client form process, you will be sent an email to set up your Discovery Call.
STEP 2: DISCOVERY CALL
During the discovery call, we will go over in detail what makes your services custom to you and your pet(s). This is also the time when we schedule your Meet & Greet. All enrollment steps on the New Client form must be complete before we can come to your home for a Meet and Greet.
STEP 3: MEET & GREET
A Premium Pet Sitter will come to your home to meet you and your pet to establish the relationship. If the pet requires medication during the visits, please do not administer until the sitter is there to have the chance to see how the pet will respond and how much time will be needed during the visit. For cats that love to hide, please wait for a sitter to arrive to have the chance of coaxing him/her out and how much time that is going to require. WE DO NOT service cats that are dependent on their daily medication - this is too much of a risk if the sitter is unable to get the cat from hiding. During the meet and greet we will also discuss the little details that make your service custom and what that will look like. Please note: we cannot come to your meet and greet if you have not filled out the agreements and have sent them back to us. If you have questions about the agreement, you will need to ask BEFORE we drive to your home.
STEP 4: BEGIN SERVICES
After we have completed our meet and greet, you will receive a reminder for services 4 days is advance from time of scheduled visit(s). All services are paid for 4 days in advance through our complimentry software app with the card you put on file.
